Easy Cheesy Cookie
Ingredients:

Directions:
In large bowl, combine rolled oats, margarine and boiling water; let stand 10 minutes. Stir in cornmeal, sugar, bouillon, milk, cheese and egg; mix well. Add flour 1 cup at a time, mixing well after each addition to form dough.
Knead in remaining flour until dough is smooth and no longer sticky (about 3 to 4 minutes). Roll dough to 1/2 inch thickness, cut with bone-shaped cookie cutter. Place treats 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven at 325°F for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
Bonalicious Biscuits
Ingredients:

Chicken Broth |
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm chicken broth and let set for 10 minutes. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. After yeast broth is set, stir in flour mixture slowly. Knead the dough for a few minutes then roll out to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut biscuits from the dough using a bone shaped cookie cutter. Brush biscuits with an egg wash. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 300°F for 45 minutes; turn off oven and leave in overnight to finish hardening.
Mmmmm Bacon Bites
Ingredients:

Directions:
Mix milk, eggs, bacon fat, salt and cold water together in a large bowl. Add the flour one cup at a time until mixture forms a dough. Pinch off pieces of the dough and roll them into balls about 2 inches in diameter. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
Pupper Love Cookies
Ingredients:

Directions:
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the eggs and beef broth together well. Add oil, peanut butter and egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir well. Knead the dough for 2 -3 minutes until it holds together well adding additional broth if the dough is too stiff. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Roll dough out to about 1/2" thick on a lightly floured surface.
Cut dough with heart shaped cookie cutter. Place pieces 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes until golden brown. Turn off the oven and allow the biscuits to dry for 2 hours or overnight.
Salmon Surprise
Ingredients:

Directions:
Combine salmon, egg, and cornmeal. Mix well and form into patties, coating them with a little more cornmeal. Fry in a tiny amount of canola oil until brown on both sides. While the patties are frying, chop and boil the potato, carrot and celery.
Cut the fried patties into small bites and stir together with cooked vegetables. A spoonful of cottage cheese may be stirred in for moisture if desired.
Soft n` Chewy

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Roll into small balls and place on well-greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for 15 minutes until brown. Cool on wire rack.

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pat mixture flat onto greased cookie sheets. Bake the mixture in preheated oven at 325°F for one hour. Leave to cool in the oven for a few hours. Break the bark into medium-sized rough pieces and serve.
Barking Banana Biscottie

Directions:
Place dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Blend egg, oil, banana and vanilla together. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in banana mixture. Mix thoroughly adding small amounts of water if necessary. Knead for a few minutes on a floured surface and form dough into log shapes approximately 2 inches high. Flatten logs to 1 inch high and place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven at 325°F for 30 – 40 minutes.
Remove biscotti from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Slice into 1/2 inch pieces and put back in the oven for 20 minutes or until gold brown. Cool and serve.
Howling Good Cookies

Quick Cooking Rolled Oats |

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine powdered skim milk, cornmeal, bulgar wheat and flour then set aside. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve bouillion cube in boiling water. Add rolled oats and let stand about 5 minutes then, stir in the beaten egg. Gradually stir in the dry ingredients, half a cup at a time until well blended. The last few cupfuls, blend in with your hands.
Divide dough into 2 balls, so it becomes easier to work with. Knead each dough ball on a floured surface for about 5 minutes. With a rolling pin, roll dough to a thickness between 1/4" and 1/2". Cut with a cookie cutter and place on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 50 minutes at 325°F. Turn oven off and let the biscuits cool for several hours or overnight in the oven.
Frozen Bites
Ingredients:

Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and freeze overnight in an ice cube tray. Serve ice cream cubes plain or garnish with a dollop of peanut butter.
Pumpkin Paws

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the shortening into the flour. In a separate bowl, beat the egg with milk, brown sugar and pumpkin. Combine egg mixture with the flour and shortening, stirring until a soft dough forms. Drop by tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool and serve.
