You may recieve your order in multiple shipments and may be delivered by different carriers.
Product Availability & Back Orders
Occasionally, we may take your order and consequently discover that the item is not available for shipping (i.e., it is backordered, sold out, damaged or defective). In such cases, we will notify you via email of the status and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. You will also have the option to cancel the order.
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We do our best to correct errors when discovered, and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In Canada our standard shipping time is 7-14 days and USA and Overseas could possibly take even longer!
How is my order shipped?
We use Canada Post and Canada Express Post to ship our orders!
If your order is shipped direct from the designer/manufacturer then it can come via USPS, UPS, FedEX or any of the other postal/parcel services.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
No we do not accept checks however we can accept personal money orders but you must contact us directly first just click on the "Contact" button on the left hand side and leave a message with your request!
If my order comes direct from the manufacturer do they have my credit card info?
No! your payments are processed at Paypal which is a secured site so no one has access to your credit information!
In your Craft Corner it says that some items are "hand made" what does that mean?
The "hand made" items such as the Cuddle Sacs and clothing articles are made by a local Crafts persons and Artisans and not manufactured in a plant.
How will I know what items are manufactured or when they are hand made?
Every item that is made by any of our Crafts people or Artisans will have that stated in it's description!
Can I place an order for a Hand Made item and have it customized?
Yes, you can contact us directly by using the "Contact Button" to the left of the screen and put in a request of what item you would like and we will email you back to work out the particulars!
How long will it take to get an email response back from you?
Usually we can return an email request within 48hrs or sooner!
How long will it take to get my custom order made and shipped?
That of course depends on the order and all the specifics but we will do our very best to have the item made and shipped in a timely fashion!
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
On Custom orders there are no returns nor exchanges, all sales are final!
No returns or exchanges on beds or sanitary items such as belly bands or diapers & panties.
