About Cat Treats

It is important to remember that when you make homemade cat treats you must always let them cool down completely before you let your cat near them. A treat that is too hot may burn his mouth. Also, a cat can easily develop a weight problem, so your kitty’s access to cat treats should be limited.

Chickpea flour can be purchased in most health food stores. It is made of ground chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans. Chickpea flour is a much better choice for cats than wheat or corn flour.
